Come and work on your project at our Studio during Open Fashion Lab time on Fridays 4- 5 pm. The fee includes access to sewing and cutting tables, pressing station and Juki DDL – 5550-6 industrial sewing machine. Limited to 4 people.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY By completing this purchase, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Anyaberry, LLC, its instructors, owners, and affiliates.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK: I understand that participating in sewing instructions, labs, open studio sessions, or classes involves the use of potentially hazardous equipment, including but not limited to sewing machine needles, sharp fabric shears, rotary cutters, pins, heavy-duty sergers, and hot irons. I acknowledge that minor injuries (pinpricks, light burns, small cuts) or more severe injuries can occur if safety guidelines are not strictly observed.

2. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY: The Student agrees to maintain full attention during instruction, strictly follow all verbal and written safety rules provided by the instructor, and immediately ask for assistance if they are unsure how to operate any machinery or tool safely.

3. WAIVER & RELEASE: I hereby freely, voluntarily, and without inducement release, waive, hold harmless, and indemnify Anyaberry, LLC, and its agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or property damage resulting from participation in studio activities.

4. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I hereby authorize the studio to take photographs or videotapes of the student and their completed projects for lawful promotional, website, or social media marketing purposes.
